Rental Pool Program

We rent late model, top condition RVs, which are owned by people who do not use or are unable to use them full time.

The RVs are insured under an umbrella rental insurance policy and are maintained in "like new" condition.  We are very particular about our renters.  renters are thoroughly checked out before they take our RVs and the RVs are again checked out when they are returned.  A $500.00 security deposit is received at delivery to ensure the coaches are brought back clean and damage free.

Our owners receive checks from us at the end of each month.  Charges for the coach rental are determined by size and amenities for that particular coach, number of people renting, numbers of days rented and number of miles per trip.  Proceeds for the rentals are split 50-50 at the month end.  Monthly charges to owners are insurance (premium based on retail value), Coach Net (a road service for motorhomes at $9.50 per month) and routine maintenance as needed (oil changes, etc).

By the way, if you own a travel trailer, we can put it on our "bedroom" list.  When local residents have guests for an extended period, they often need a spare bedroom.  We provide it in the form of a travel trailer, which is delivered to their driveway, hooked up for them and like all our renters, are given a complete walk through on how to use the facilities.  If you would like to put your travel trailer in our full or part-time pool, please give us a call.

Putting your motorhome or travel trailer in our "rental pool" does not prohibit use by the owners when wanted or needed.  They simply call to give us the dates and the time period is blocked out on our list of units that can be rented.  Of course, the same rules apply to the owners.  The units must be brought back full of gas and propane, the holding tanks must be empty and the unit must be clean.
